very good but scratches easy If you do a lot of work with your hands
This is my first smart ring, and I am very impressed with the sleep tracking. I like to wear a traditional watch so this is great. I don’t have to try to wear a smart band and a watch at the same time. Sleep tracking was right on point. I would definitely suggest for anybody looking to get into Smart rings to try this one. I will probably give another review afterward for a month or so. You don’t need to pay $400 for a smart ring! I’m gonna order some more right now for presents!!! Very excited! Also, I could not believe how fast it came less than a week!!

Arrived earlier than expected and exactly what I was looking for.
note: This is how to synchronize with the QRing app (iOS),
1. make sure you have the ring charge cable connected and that the light is green on the ring, do not disconnect the charge cable. Leave it alone...
2. now open the QRing app and the default screen will be to synchronize (do not press or touch anything for the moment)
3. go to settings on your iPhone, make sure Bluetooth is 'On'
4. now on the QRing app, touch to activate synchronize, there's a meter, it's a line that's suppose to turn green and move from left to right. (now touch that line to start the synchronize).
5. if you don't touch that line? it will never synchronize automatically. You might conclude you got a defective ring.
